Service 

 Managing the consultancy and design planning, Nicolas has a full-scope understanding of projects.  He will be on site to structure and supervise the building of the course. Nicolas stays on average 80 days on site for an 18-hole golf course.

  Consultancy  : Land Choice, Site Audit, Project scope.

  Planning : Master Plan Design, Costs. All types of plans : hand-made, computer plan, 3D, simulation 

  Construction :  follow-up 

  Shaping :  Greens, Fairways, Bunkers and Tees Construction. It’s the on-site intervention of Nicolas and his team. Site monitoring, site management.

 The shaper you work with is very important;  I am a shaper as well. This means I will be on site a lot to build greens , bunkers and also making sure the course is perfectly finished ! 

Process

Step 1:  Discovery phase : we discuss to understand what is the project, the land, the authorizations, and the data.

Step 2 :  Feasibility study : we visit the site, we study the soil, we do administrative procedures to build a file for authorization.

Step 3 :  Architecture Design : we lay out the architecture plans of the golf course, hand-made & computer plan , 3D, simulation.

Step 4 :  obtaining authorizations : we build a document to obtain all necessary construction authorizations.

Step 5 :  Golf course development : we carry out the construction works with follow-up during the whole course of the work site.

Step 6 :  Golf course delivery : reception of work.

Step 7 : Action plan with the green-keeper ; Define short term and long term goals. Align on priorities.
